You don’t need to continue feeling these feelings, let recovery take place. Yes you may still suffer horrible lows, and crippling periods. One piece of advice; a quote I, being Bipolar live by:

Forever focusing on the negative will only bring furter despair; But empower positivity and your destiny will appear.

visualize what it is you want; maybe a recovery? Honestly, positive mental attitude really does work. Stay strong, stay faithful!

Each disorder has a colour that corresponds to it.

Schizophrenia is gold

Bipolar/mood disorders is silver

Anorexia is red.

Bulimia is purple.

EDNOS is pink.

Depression is blue.

Self harm is orange or black.

Change is a process not an event!

Just like HAPPINESS is a journey not a destination. You can’t reach Happiness and stay there forever, you travel along in life - you will reach points of happiness, despair, joy, confusion, fear. Once we’ve accepted Life Is A Journey the quicker we learn to ride along with it contented :-)

So long as we have our nearest and dearest, everything WILL be okay, even if it doesn’t seem so at the time. Sit down - write your emotions, and this often helps rationalize your thoughts. You may find something very little has caused your episode, and that (with hep) you can slowly shift your mood. :-)
